| Publication in SPIE proceedings for IWH2022&2023 papers |
| SPIE now provides the proceedings for IWH2022&2023 papers. SPIE Proceedings belong to the EI Compendex. The authors are expected to submit the manuscripts at least 4 full pages in English. This SPIE Proceedings will be published online on the SPIE Digital Library (https://SPIEDigitalLibrary.org/) by April 9, 2024. |

Publication Fee: Every submitted manuscript should be paid 1,000 RMB. |

The payments, should be made in Chinese RMB Yuan and by WeChat payment QR code or bank transfer. Publication fee is refundable, if it is not accepted after the review of the committee. The accepted manuscript cannot be published if the publication fee has not been received. The receipt will be sent to those whos manuscript has beeen accepted and the publication fee has been paid. *Regarding the issuance of the receipt that will be sent later. Please write the receipt Title and Taxpayer Identification Number (only in China) in the email. *为了方便后续开出发票，请在发邮件时写明发票抬头以及纳税人识别号（仅限中国）。 |
